I grabbed \u2018Care of the Soul\u2019 by Thomas Moore from my pile of books to read for our recent family trip to Sedona.<\/p>\n

Thomas starts with..<\/p>\n

\u201cThe great malady of the 20th century, implicated in all our troubles and affecting us individually and socially, is loss of soul<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I\u2019ve been savouring the chapters as you might a fantastic glass of wine. When words hold that quality you can\u2019t describe, you know it\u2019s touching into a part of you that is now waking up.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s what felt missing in my life over a decade ago \u00a0\u2013 the importance of soul development. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The concept of your soul is difficult to grasp even in the softer world of life coaching.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t until earlier this year that \u2018soul relationship coach\u2019 finally felt like the right description for how I work with clients these days.<\/p>\n

I help them reconnect with this part of them that was lost to tackle whatever challenges, stresses, and issues they are facing, especially in their relationships.<\/p>\n

Soul relationship work is the core of what I\u2019ve noticed creates wonders in our lives.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I was raised to approach life with \u201chere\u2019s the problem, and here\u2019s how you fix it. DO that, and all will be well.\u201d It worked for a good part of my life, and it\u2019s still my \u2018go to method\u2019 for some things.<\/p>\n

But we, in our relationships don\u2019t work this way. \u00a0It\u2019s closer to \u2018soul practice creates perfection\u2019 and less about \u2018try this practical solution\u2019.<\/p>\n

Soul work is about planting seeds, readiness, seeking, and curiosity. Transformation happens the way nature unfolds \u2013 miraculously.<\/p>\n

Suddenly the flower is there, but all along it needed nourishment.<\/p>\n

We all have different lessons with our own soul answers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s hard to care for our soul when most of us have difficulty defining what our soul even is.<\/p>\n

So, what is the Soul?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The soul is the energetic loving essence of our true self that\u2019s eternal. It\u2019s the part of you that is accumulating valuable life experiences needed for your spiritual growth, and ascension career.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s an eternal life beyond this one that as an ascendant soul being you are moving along!<\/p>\n

It matters how your soul evolves here because your experiences form<\/em> what you will carry on your path forward.<\/p>\n

We encompass different energies \u2013 mental, emotional, physical, but it\u2019s our spiritual energy that is the most important aspect of ourselves, and our greatest internal power.<\/p>\n

When you pay attention to your soul, you\u2019ll notice it longing for\u00a0the things you cannot quite put your finger on: purpose, serenity,\u00a0bliss, love.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s these intangibles in our material driven world that are critical to our overall health, and well-being.<\/p>\n

If you struggle with finding meaning in your days, or don\u2019t heal the wounds that show up in this lifetime, it can affect your soul\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n

We develop \u2018unresolved energies\u2019 or \u2018unfinished business\u2019 that manifest as stress, pain, and drama that will need to be cleared one way or another often in the form of forgiveness or releasing judgment.<\/p>\n

A Soul Compass<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There\u2019s guidance to experience what lights up our soul known as the \u201cTrinity of Being<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.<\/p>\n

I first learned of this concept from a group of celestial teachers in 2010 known as \u201cThe Circle of Seven<\/a>\u201d. Yes, invisible beings \u2013 I had to practice stretching my own faith back then!<\/p>\n

I was guided to their messages after finally following the sign \u201c11:11\u201d that showed up too many times to ignore. (As I typed that, I see the word count is 1111..keep writing, they whisper).<\/p>\n

The Trinity of Being<\/strong> provides a compass for soul progression where you will start to reflect the perfection of your Divine nature.<\/p>\n

In a very real way, your outer world will start reflecting this inner map of:<\/p>\n

Truth, Beauty and Goodness<\/h3>\n

The Circle of Seven describe this Trinity as follows:<\/p>\n

\u201cTruth<\/strong><\/span> will become ever more apparent and the understanding of it will become clearer and more defined..your spiritual ears will develop; you will hear the voice of your indwelling with greater clarity; and you will learn to trust your intuition when unseen guidance points the way.\u201d<\/p>\n

Beauty<\/strong><\/span>. \u201cWith respect for body, mind, and soul, you will become more beautiful in every way..your very aura will shine with greater luminosity. Your personality will become magnetic, and your fellows will be drawn to this inner beauty..<\/p>\n

You will acquire a new appreciation for all things beautiful: nature, art, music, poetry, philosophy, and other virtuous expressions of higher human consciousness.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cGoodness<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>will be the banner of your presence..You will communicate the goodness of the Father to others by becoming a living example of His unconditional love. Goodness and love freely given will be reflected back unto you..<\/p>\n

Gentleness, humility, and self control will transform the nature of self from what you were, to what you will become as God purifies the soul through the building of strong character.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cTruth, Beauty, and Goodness<\/strong><\/span> is the Trinity of Being<\/strong><\/span> and becomes the very embodiment and reflectivity of God likeness.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Few Examples<\/h3>\n

One of my clients, Jodi is a photographer<\/a> whose ability to capture precious moments comes from an essence of her soul that embodies this Trinity. It\u2019s unmistakable when you know her deeply.<\/p>\n

You hear it in the richness of her testimonials:<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have such an incredible ability to capture the MAGIC. I\u2019m actually speechless about how organic and beautiful these images are. These are exactly what we were envisioning. Thank you thank you thank you for being YOU! We love you!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Can you think of someone you know who brings something so entrancing that it takes you to a place that feels almost surreal?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s a part of their soul connecting with yours.<\/p>\n

My dear friend Sonali is another example where I can feel this essence in her paintings, and through her beautiful friendship.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Her process of painting includes visualization where she can feel the colours, and see the images while experimenting with different techniques on a canvas.<\/p>\n

What pictures come to mind when you imagine being connected to your truth, beauty, and goodness?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Final example. When my children were young, they would ask me to read certain stories over and over. I often wondered \u201cwhat exactly is it about this book\u201d?<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s one such story:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The illustrations initially felt dark, and gloomy to me, and frankly kind of scary! It appears to be an adventure a mischievous young boy takes, but children somehow know it\u2019s really a story about unconditional love.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re mysteriously drawn inwards to the \u201cpeace that surpasses all understanding\u201d. \u00a0We don\u2019t know what we don\u2019t know, but we also know what we don\u2019t know : )<\/p>\n

We all have the Trinity of Being waiting to be lit up. It takes soul practices to co-create the brand of magic you\u2019re looking to experience.<\/p>\n

A New Trinity Teacher!<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I had a very \u2018spiritually active\u2019 summer where I\u2019ve had to take time to process, and reflect. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming!<\/p>\n

We are officially entering the beginning stages of what\u2019s called \u201cLight and Life\u201d. \u00a0It means we all have greater access to connect with our soul because certain circuits that were damaged long long ago from a certain Rebellion are now repaired.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been part of the reason our world is in such disarray.<\/p>\n

A new celestial teacher named Uteah arrived to confirm some key events. \u00a0She is of a higher order known as \u201cTrinity Teachers\u201d, and is consequently available to anyone who calls on her at any time.<\/em><\/p>\n

She is part of what I call the spirit of \u201cChrist Consciousness\u201d, and\u00a0confirms that we indeed hold within us a storehouse of pure love essence. \u00a0That it resides in a fragment of the Creator we each have that is a love yet unknown to us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

She says it\u2019s a <\/span>\u201cSacred Space between your decisions and actions \u2013 before your reactions.\u201d <\/span><\/strong>Loved that!<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you recognize this part of you that has learned not to react personally, but pauses to stay in the light of who you are? This is your sacred space.<\/p>\n

Your Soul Seeks Aliveness<\/h3>\n
